    • Instead of worry about your problem just work hard so you don’t have to face problem because you have time to do so. You have 3 months or 6 months or may be life to get rid of your worry. Always keep in mind thought of fear is always bigger then fear or problem itself
    •  Never take decision when you feel very much anxious about anything. Just give sometime to relieve your self. Do some meditation and when mind is clear of anxiety then explore all options and take decision

Long time since my last entry but all you know that is not easy to write so I deserve forgiveness of yours and so thanking you in advance. So at last I found my first online business and made reasonable profit and I almost shackles grip of depression and anxiety. After sometime I married (by arrange marriage as good Indian youngster at age of 25). But my bad lucks not end here and after 1 year of marriage life I found that my marriage had no meaning because there had been no match between our understanding.

But may be you know that it is not easy to break marriage in India and lot of factors working behind marriages so divorce is not easily available option. Please note that I don’t want to tell you that I was holly cow and every mistakes was made by my spouse. It was other way around and we both are obstinate and rigid in our point of view and don’t want to understand other.

My depression came back and again I felt nervous breakdown. I don’t know what to do but these time I alert in advance and again open my old constitution I mad for myself and read clause one by one and make commitment to myself to follow it rigidly and this time I kick out depression at initial point and regain my confidence in my self but problem is there and marriage life was getting worst. Hello back again and hope that everything is well with everyone but is it possible? As per my experience I don’t thing everything is well for anyone by default but of course it is possible that some people by their sear determination make sure that everything become good with them. Well where were we at last? I told you about my personal constitution and my determination to follow it in letter and spirit. But I know it is almost next to impossible for me to apply everything simultaneously.

 

It is very difficult to follow first clause and try to be neutral in every situation. For follow this two thing I had to say goodbye sorrow and anger. Because when some bad event occurred to anyone that triggers sorrow or anger or both. I was also victim of anxiety disorder and panic attacks so sorrow was always my companion and as byproduct anger also. So I had to first cope with my anxiety disorder and panic attacks. I ponder for sometimes and conclude that no way my reason of worry is more harmful then worrying about the same. 

 

 

I thought why I should have to spoil my today by worry about tomorrow. I decided that I will remove reasons of worry instead of worry. Main reason of my worry was my financial status and unknown future and I decided that instead of westing my time in worry about my future I should plan my future and be financial stable. Same way I decided that instead of worry about something I will remove reason of worry and instead of run away from problem I will face it and sort out it. I will plan my next day, next week and next three year in advance and follow it in letter and spirit.

 

Just this determination opens all doors to bright future. After lot of practice to train my thinking this way I able to remove my panic attack in one year. I convert my short coming into my asset. Because of panic attacks I was constantly worry for one reason or anthers and my determination to remove reason behind it in advance I made practice to make planned everything in advance, so because of worry of cancer and my determination to remove reason behind I quit smoking. Same applied to financial worry and to remove reason behind it I made plan of three year to remove this reason in tow year anyway.

 

As a trainee in Software Company I work hard and get some attention of boss. After six months of job I got promoted to software engineer. Determination to remove financial worry led me to saving money for future and I got one more good habit. As per plan I done job for three year and make good savings and in part time I develop my business website because I didn’t want to worry about job in future. As per my plan at the end of the three year my website was running quite smoothly and doing good profit so I was able to quit job and doing my own online business
