Power of Positive Habits | Self help Program Review
When I was written my articles about power of positive thinking Part 1 and Part 2 , I opened Pandora’s Box. I got loads of letter from readers and still getting. Some of them are very critical about my two articles. They accused me in plain and simple language that Sedrik this is easier to said then done but I was already agreed on that part and even I mentioned that in my articles. Mr. John from Alaska had criticized me that instead of lecturing about positive thinking I must refer them to specific and concrete program.
Well I hardly lecture anyone. I just gave advise which I found helpful for myself and that’s why I written two articles instead of one because article was getting longer then I imagined. But after long thought on Mr. John’s criticism, I got point in Mr. John’s criticism because changing your attitude and getting used to think from negative to positive is required complete program instead of two articles. So I search for it and have found Power of Positive Habits.
Power of Positive Habits is program developed by Dan Robey, which come as an E- Book, Audio and PC program. As per Dan Robey program was made by interviewing the top Doctors and Scientists at prestigious institutions as Harvard Medical School, New England Journal of Medicine, The Journal of Clinical Nutrition and Journal of the American Medical Association… He researched the top books and scientific references on Success, Motivation, Self-Esteem and Relationships.
What I find impressive is that program is endorsed by Jack Canfield - #1 NY Times Best-selling author of
“Chicken Soup for the Soul”. I go thru program detail and E-book and find that program is based on Cognitive Re-Structuring (Cognitive Behavior Therapy which use to treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). This program emphasize highly on health, diet, stress management and on how to develop winner’s instincts and positive habits. After reading this E-Book I felt one thing for sure that author had done extensive research and as per my impression even more then he claims.
This program is best but off course you have to follow it. It is not just for one time reading and put aside. You have to work for it and you will get result. This program strengthen my belief that if you want to change, you must work hard to do that. It is not possible for us to change ourselves without any efforts. Off course Dan Robey claim that program will put you on auto pilot, I don’t share his belief even though as per my knowledge this is the best program I come to know for change in attitude and develop positive thinking (Only if you follow it as reference guide).
