Managing Stress | Self Improvement | Step 3 – Say Goodbye to Shyness and Develop New Relations

One of most important thing for self improvement is to say goodbye shyness, be social and develop good communication skill. For managing stress to be social is must required. If you feel stress and you are shy person that it is most probable that it is hard for you to manage stress. If you are feel comfortable with others company and have good communication skill then even you feel stressed you may relieve stress by mix in good company.

It is not secret today that person who is shy and uncomfortable with mixing people are more tend to stress and depression. I know when you feel depressed or stressed you don’t like to talk with other people or mix with crowd. But believe me you must try hard and clear all your shyness and develop communication with others and make new friends and relations to stay away from stress and depression.

What I find most useful is that develop at least one small relationship with someone everyday be it anyone. Do small communication with anyone who comes by about weather, child, politics anything. Believe me you will enjoy it. I know it is hard for shy person to communicate with someone without any concrete reason but you must do it.

Let me tell you shyness is not award winning personality trait and instead of telling every time it is not for me to communicate with someone because I am shy person or I don’t feel comfortable with crowd, you must get rid of this trait because it is liability not asset.

Make visits to relatives or friends and stay in touch with them. Help them if possible and always try to develop new relations and believe me relations would be your biggest asset. If you feel stress or anxiety tell someone about your worry whom you trust and you would feel almost half relieve from your worry.

If you don’t feel comfortable with crowd then it is biggest reason for you to mix with crowd. For sake of managing stress and self improvement you must make habit of mix in crowd and communicate with others else it is not possible to improve your self. Without good communication you are nothing to world. I know I am talking harsh but it is fact (Believe me I don’t tell you to be communication guru).

I don’t tell you to go everyday disco and party and talk uselessly with anyone whom you meet but I want to tell you that go sometimes to disco or party and communicate with other people and make new relations instead of everyday watch let night movies and feel stressed.
