Change Yourself and live Stress free Life (II)




Yesterday was long day and I got no time to return to my blog because of some unfinished business but today at 10PM I got time to write section II. So I decided to change my bad habits and drawbacks which are major factor in my depression. I separated it in two parts. One I could change in short term and other one may take longer time. One of my bad and most damaging bad habit was go to bad at 3 or 4 AM and wake up at 12 or 1 PM. This habit cost me dearly for my health and my career.

I  tried to change this habit anyway but It take me 3 to 4 month and hell of determination to do it because I decided to go to bad early at 11PM and because of habit of sleeping late I could not able to sleep and stayed in bad for 3 to 4 hours without sleep and bored very much. Sometimes I broke promise I made to myself and seen TV again at late night but at last after lot of efforts it all paid up and I develop habit of sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 6 to 7 AM.

Other bad habit was over eating and I made plan for it and consult my family physician (Very able one) and start dieting and daily 15 minute of exercising. It also takes hell lot of effort from my side. I   also got attacks of depression in-betweens and lured to over eating or want to see TV late night but I remain determined for one thing that I had to change anyone for better.

Hello its again 11PM and I have to go to bad …..
