Change your self and live stress free life (VII)
Hello I hope you are not bored with my lengthy autobiography. Ok I proceed with your affirmation. Now I had fair Idea how to quit smoking and develop other interest or source to do so and kick out my depression and stress. One source is making money to enjoy but I stated constraint to do so in my yesterday’s blog but I had to do it any way not for just enjoy but for my bread and butter also
So because of several constraints I decided to do sometimes job even though I had not any special skill any field so I had to develop skill also at age of 22. I gave myself a long thought and found that I am always good at mathematics and enjoy computer when I was at school. So I decided to do learn computer part time at private institute and do some trivial jobs for time being.
But what about smoking. Well I quit it in one go and tried to enjoy reading and programming. Well it was very hard job but I was determined to do it. I felt very much depressed for time being and my body was crying for nicotine but I was just work hard and tried to cut every thought or itch of cigarette. First fifteen days was pass like a hell but I absorb my self in reading and learning programming. After that I felt relived and new freshness. After three months of learning programming I join in small software company as trainee. After quit smoking I felt new confidence in my self and start to believe “Control your self and you will control world.
But my depression and anxiety attacks don’t go away with this confidence because that was my thought process of years and not going to ran away easily and because of depression there was 100% chance of start smoking again. So I have to find out what are major reason behind my depression and anxiety disorder and what should I do to remove it?
