Response to Failure, Fight or Flight Generally individuals react to failure differently and effect of failure on their life is also different and of course it also depends on magnitude of failure and other properties surrounding it. But as per my observation there would be only two type of response to Failure from people and they also define their life and destiny. One response is fight and other one is flight. Some people fight to failure till end until it converts into success and others are simply run away from it. Response to Failure, Fight or Flight

Now let’s take example of Henry Ford. He is one of best example of real fighting spirit and same we can say about Thomas Alva Adition and both are best example of “fight to failure till end until it converts into success” and Same we can say about every known or successful person in any field let it be in business or politics or sports or any. As per my observation each and every successful person in any field has to fight to failure one or more time and then they would win. Of course we all give credit to their sear luck instead of their sear fighting spirit and their win against all odds.

Now let’s say what if Henry Ford was run away from failures instead of fight or what happens if lawyer called Gandhi just pick up next train instead of determine to fight Racism in South Africa? We don’t have to be rocket scientist to understand that may be history of the south Asia or world would be written otherwise.

Big changes in life of people or history of countries or world are occurred because of sear determination of few individuals (good or bad) and their fighting spirit, not because of people who have tendency to run away from problems. One more thing I want to emphasize is even you would run away from failure believe me failure would be remain there for you and you have to face it sooner or letter but of greater magnitude.

No problem is solved by ran away or ignore it. You have to face it sooner or letter and it is up to individual what would be his or her response to it. Fight or Flight?  How individual can change his response? We will see in next article
