Define the Goal: First Step in Self Improvement and Managing Stress

To Managing Stress and Improve your self your first action should be define your goal. This should be your first step in direction of self improvement. Simple logic is why so much people are victim of the stress. The reason behind is simple they just don’t know their exact goal and their exact source of happiness. They exactly don’t know in which activity they can able to make peace with themselves. They don’t know from where they could derive peace.

Let’s take example of big celebrities and big shots. Ever you think why each and every guru in field of selling peace can able to get following big shots and celebrities as their followers? Why today each and everyone with some smart talk can become guru in field of managing stress or self improvement or find peace. First thing you must understand that source of happiness never come from your outside but its lie in your innersole. Define the goal is first major step in quest of self improvement and managing stress.

Define the goal not means define that what you want from world but it means what you want from yourself and your life. Dig your self and find out your source of your happiness. Ever you give some thought about why Marlin Munro died from a drug overdose? Ever you give some thought that why Britney Spears behave eccentrically in public and make joke of her.  Simple reason behind is they don’t exactly know what they want from life.

  • Find out would you be happy by making millions or billions
  • Would you be happy by being great actor or actress in Hollywood
  • Would you be happy by simple life and happy retirement at farm house
  • Would you be happy by making difference in other’s life who are in need
  • Would you be happy by being great singer or artist
  • Would you be happy by educate people about something
  • Would you be happy by renounce worldly thing and being ascetic

 

Above are just some examples. So if you didn’t define your goal and your source of your happiness then do it first because it will be first step in direction of managing stress and self improvement. What is meaning of making billions if you think at last that you would be happy by being ascetic or you would be find peace in valley of Himalayas. After define your goal you would be clear about one thing that what you must do and what your course of action would be in life. You will get clarity of thought and may be you don’t need surfing http://www.copingstress.org anymore
