Symptoms of Stress

If you find you are starting to expose more of following disorders frequently then you happened to be then you should consider the possibility of stress. Symptoms of stress starting to reveal one by one in more or less intensity. Starting symptoms of stress are easy to control if they are diagnose in initial stage. Main symptoms of stress are following  

 

Symptoms of Stress

  • You are becoming short tempered person day by day is major symptoms of stress.
  • You have frequently difficulty in concentrating or Insomnia or interrupted sleep cycles (frequent waking along with nightmares) or experience memory loss (short or long) is symptoms of stress
  • one symptoms of stress is you are frequently tired very easily then you happened to be.
  • You are becoming irritable immediately in adverse situation
  • You are found problem in social or sexual relationship
  • Your have frequent headaches and pain
  • You are exposed to muscle tension, twitching or trembling, or dizziness is main symptoms of stress
  • You have rapid breathing or irregular heart rate
  • You are frequently sweating in day to day adverse situations
  • You have frequent dry mouth or difficulty swallowing
  • You are frequently suffer from ACDT or gastrological problems
  • You are frequently suffering from excessive anxiety real or imaginary
  • Your eyesight is reduced
  • Are you feeling that all of your energy dried down without doing anything 

The earlier we learn to deal with our stress, the better our health and energy will be as adults."When you learn that you are suffering from excessive stress then first you must admit that only then you can devise the plan to managing  stress."
