Managing Stress: Charity always begin from Home

Today most asked question is what to do for managing stress? Lots of tricks and tips are floating around that lets make habit of deep breathing or let’s make habit of laughing or join morning laughter club and of course these are good. Really nothing bad about that but think hard about and tell me honestly that is these thing permanently help you for managing stress? Off course they help but not all your stress run away.

Now some of example of your cheering

  • How many times you laugh with your client even nothing to laugh about ?
  • How many times you laugh for same bogus joke from boss?
  • How many times you laugh at morning laughter club even there is no reason for laugh?

But you don’t want to laugh naturally which come directly from heart. You don’t want to create environment for managing stress around you. You become presser cooker at home. Ever you think that there must be peace in you home for managing stress at highest level or remove it from life. You should make peace at first home and smile come out from you directly from your heart. Lesson learning of managing stress must start from home.

There must be peace with spouse and children. You have to agree sometimes with spouse even though it may be against your will or your big ego. You have to laugh with your children even boss barked at office. Why I should surrender to his or her demand? Why she or he doesn’t want to understand you? These are things which are obstacle for managing stress. You can be tactful lot with your client for please him but don’t want to use same tactics at home.

What about surprise gift to your spouse? Take her to movie or long drive. Make surprise sex sometimes. Take children for outing before their demand. Believe me you don’t need to surf these site anymore.
