Cause of stress is conditions internal or external real or imaginary cause by us or we have no control on it or major change in social conditions around us may cause stress called stressors There are to type of stressors External and internal as following

 

External Stressors and Internal Stressors

Cause of stress is environment & social conditions around us which include

  • Poor weather conditions or social changes around you (good or bad).
  • Poor marriage life or promotion at job or lost of job is major cause of stress
  • Your loved one is dead or dying or your child is not doing well at school.
  • Your spouse is very unhappy or your boss is very unhappy (well as always) to you is cause of stress.
  • Your child is not following your advice or your dog is run away.
  • Somebody abusing you big way or hurt your big ego is cause of stress.
  • Brocken childhood friendship or betrayed by friend or someone
  • Your colleague is got promotion and you don’t (Even you work hard) is cause of stress
  • Some prescription medications such as antidepressants, thyroid medications
  • Some over-the-counter medications such as cold remedies, decongestants are sometime cause of stress
  • appetite suppressants
  • Addictions of caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, drugs  
  • Low blood sugar or thyroid may also work as external stressors

 

So above are some of external stressors but not limited to above list.But make note here that most of our stress cause by internal stressors and our disability to handle our emotions. Internal Stressors change in our psychological conditions or our inability to manage our emotions in adverse conditions orExcessive worry about harmful events real or imaginary.

  • Stress related to depression or depressive thoughts
  • Cause of stress sometimes related to anxiety disorders
  • Stress cause by inability to control angriness
  • Stress cause by inability to control sorrow
  • Stress cause by inability to control ego
  • Stress cause by inability to control jealousy is one of the major cause of stress
  • Stress cause by inability to change ourselves in external adverse conditions

Keep it mind that to coping with stress you must change yourself and your way of thinking.You must learn to control your emotions. This is major factor (may be only one) you can count on when it come to manage stress...
