Ayurveda (Old Indian science of life) is very helpful to relieve stress by herbal remedies without compromise our overall health. Some ayurvedic  herb like brahmi , shankhapushpi ,Satavari and ashwagandha are proven to be very helpful and effective to relieve stress.

Brahmi  (Bacopa) is proven best stress reliever. Indian people using it for thousand years to relieve stress, improve memory power ,concentration and learning. Brahmi could be use as anti anxiety agent and improve immune system without any side effects.

 

Shankhapushpi is excellent ayurvedic brain tonic used from thousands of years in india to improve memory power , learning capacity and cure sleeping disorders. It is also use as blood purification agent and found to useful to cure ulcer.Composition of brahmi and Shankhapushpi is best tonic to relieve stress and help mind to calm down and lower tension

In Ayurveda Ashwaganda is considered a rasayana herb, an herb which works on a nonspecific basis to increase health and longevity. This herb is also considered an adaptogen which is a nontoxic herb that works on a nonspecific basis to normalize physiological function, working on the HPA axis and the neuroendocrine system. The roots and berries of the plant are used in herbal medicine. In Ayurveda, the fresh roots are sometimes boiled in milk, prior to drying, in order to leach out undesirable constituents.

These herbs are used in india from ancient times and found very helpful to improve brain functions and without any side effects on body. It can give best result if taken under observation of ayurvedic doctor.
