Exercise and yoga is one of the best stress reliever and off course it is free of charge. You don’t have to pay big bucks to psychologist. It is proven that yoga and its breathing techniques are best and long term reliever of stress. If you are patient of blood presser, heart  disease or diabetic then it is recommended that first consult your physician before start exercise and take proper guidance about what type exercise and yoga best suitable to you without disturb your health.

It is proven that after exercise our body releases chemicals which are best stress reliever that’s why people feel less stress while jogging, walking, swimming and exercising. They feel relaxed after doing yoga. One yoga technique best reliever for the stress is lay down calmly on bad and close eyes. Instruct each body organ to relieve step by step and start from toes. Clear mind from every thought. Stay in this position for 30 minutes. It should be done twice a day and you will feel deference in stress level 15 days.

 

Never start exercise very rigorously because some people start from heavy exercises and tired in some  days and left it so make a light schedule for exercise and increase time frame gradually. Please not that exercise may relive your muscle tension and will have overall good impact on you health and never forget that general rule is healthy mind resides only in healthy body  

If possible then start exercise with somebody like friend, spouse or children. This is very morel booster and very helpful if you feel tired of exercise

If possible spend initially some bucks on exercise like join a gym or yoga classes or purchase some exercise equipments. Spent money for exercise will be proven as great motivation force for you to do exercise regularly

Make it a part of the life like eating ,sleeping and sex and do it every day without fail and you will be see result.

If you are not very over weight or suffer not from high blood presser, heart disease or diabetic then you may opt for aerobics and you will enjoy it. Aerobics also relieve you muscle tension and proven beneficiary for peace of mind

If you don’t want to do any exercise to relieve stress then you should develop one habit of walking. Just starting to walk 45 minutes a day and make deference in your life and stay relieved from stress
