Meditation is one of best stress reliever with long term effect if it done properly and under able guidance. It may have profound effect on body and mind as whole and my eradicate root cause of stress. In eastern world particular India ,China and Tibet meditation have long history of thousands of years.

Very simple form of meditation is sit relaxed in neat and clean place, close eyes, loose muscles and breath deep and slowly as possible. Clear mind from every possible good or worst thoughts and feel emptiness, feel your innersole and forget every worldly things. Stay calm in this position for 45 minutes but start practice from 15 minutes

 

Best time for meditation is 6 PM to 7 PM at evening and 5 AM to 6 AM morning. Old Indian classics said about meditation in this time that it has profound effect on health of body and mind and it naturally calm mind. Mind develops capacity to be neutral in any kind of condition good or bad. Mind find its real peace from itself instead from outside

If meditation is done in proper environment ,proper guidance and under observation of proper instructor then we can not only able to kick out stress from us but can develop our inner capacity in fullest extent.

Meditation is one of few things which can be able to eradicate stress permanently and make possible for us to understand our inner self. Eastern wisdom say about meditation that after long practice of meditation you come to know yourself and able to control yourself and your feelings. It can radiate you with energy you never know before.

One more thing is very important factor for meditation is find proper instructor or guru. They are rare but eastern wisdom say about it that you must search proper guru at least for 12 years.
