Now we know what the best for coping with stress is. Only three words process “Change your self” sound great but you and I both know it is easier to say then done. It takes big efforts to change our self, our habits, and our way of thinking. So it is long term process required time to change and saw the effect but what we have to do to fight day to day stress? Here are some suggestions (Not quick fix) you should follow and it will be very effective to reducing stress

    • Ever you think how tense you are and your muscles. Take some time and think about it, think about how your body and face are become tensed, give it thought and you will know. So keep monitoring continually and try to make loose your muscles. Loose your muscles of face and your whole body. For stress reduction when you are walking or you are sitting always make your muscles loose and relaxed. In 7 to 15 days you will see deference in your level of stress
    • For stress reduction every morning develop habit of do one some exercise. Remain in bad and close eyes and start loose your body step by step. Start with toe then lag then other toe then lag like that and try to clear your mind of every possible thought. Clear your mind of every good or bad thing and remain in this position at least 15 minutes. It is level best exercise for reducing stress
    • For reducing stress develops habit of observe your breath and you will realize they are never completed.This is very tough to develops habit of observing our breath but for stress reduction you must make habit of take your breath deepest as possible
    • For sake of reducing stress you must change your eating habits. Consult good dietician and change your eating habits accordingly but make note here “Always eat four bites less then you want” for stress reduction
    • Develop habit of meditation we will cover it in letter section. You should mediate at least 20 minutes a day to reducing stress.
    •  Help other who are in need and forget it immediately. Never ever discuss it with anyone.It will work great for stress reduction
    • Develop a fighter instinct and never forget you are unique and you come to this world with nothing and not going to take anything with you.It will reduce your stress great level
    • Limit your expectation from other, for example from your child, parents, spouse or boss. It will help you to reducing stressat great level  
    • Try to make free your self from addictions if any like smoking, tobacco or alcohol for sake of stress reduction
