Stress at work is relatively new and fast spreading phenomena and one of the unwanted gift of 21st century. Job stress effected almost all professions and spreading very fast because of new high demanding culture of modern professions and technologies. Stress at job is affecting clerk to engineers and topnotch Vice presidents big shots CEOs

Job stress affecting efficiency of person along with over health of body and mind and it have very adverse effect on concentration, memory and learning skill.

 

Major symptoms of Job stress is

  • Degrading efficiency at work
  • Adverse effect on concentration, memory and learning skill
  • Slipping disorders
  • More chance to expose to addiction like tobacco, smoking or alcohol
  • Depression and Panic disorders
  • Constant feeling of insecurity
  • Feeling of anger , aggression and frustration
  • Loss of appetite or over eating
  • More chance to expose to illness like ulcer, heart disease, blood presser, diabetic , headache or back stiffness

 

Major cause of job stress is

  • High demand of performance and working continues under presser
  • Constant feeling of job and financial insecurity causes job stress
  • Over expectations ,changing life style
  • Continues state of Competition with colleagues is upmost cause of job stress
  • Over work loads and lake of vacations.
  • Family problems

 

To coping with job stress

    • Breathing exercise is one of best option to coping with job stress
    • Being financially secure and stable is decrease feeling or insecurity and decrease job stress
    • Make harmony with family and take a vacation is great booster for your stamina
    • Try to remove continues feeling of competition and jealousy for colleagues
    •  Try to be cool and learn to accept changes easily
    • Stay away from alcohol and smoking
